Why API?
· To foster a conducive climate for successful and compatible operation for land development, commerce and industry
· To attract new beneficial enterprise to Auburn
· To develop and co-ordinate creative leadership to help solve community problems
· To initiate community action regarding land development
· To develop dynamic land development programs using local human and economic resources
· To cultivate understanding and appreciation of Auburn’s development opportunities and challenges
· To research and promote the advantages and assets of the Auburn area
· To represent the land development community through out the creation and implementation of municipal regulations, which govern the development of land in and around Auburn
· To ensure that the framers of municipal regulations make informed decisions regarding development in the Auburn area
Membership is open to any persons interested in the land development process such as, but not limited to: land owners, residential and commercial land developers, real estate professionals, appraisers, attorneys, bankers, contractors, homebuilders, engineers, land planners, land surveyors, utility companies, and building material suppliers.
Membership dues start at $100 per year.
